Apply in the evening on the face. During the first week use twice a week, then gradually increase to every other night. If discomfort persists, space out applications and/or reduce the quantity.
Always provide good moisturization to your skin and apply every evening before your moisturizer. Do not apply on the eye contour or eyelids. Do not use together with retinol products outside the Biotherm Blue Pro-Retinol range.
